Mary Draughn

I have proudly called the foothills of North Carolina home since 1996 and currently reside in Pinnacle, North Carolina. I am honored to serve clients throughout the Foothills, Triad, and surrounding areas. I married my husband, Jeff, in 2002 — a Surry County native born and raised — and together we enjoy country living with our two dogs and cat.

After dedicating 27 years to working in distribution, I pursued my passion for real estate — a natural fit, as my mother was also a real estate professional. I obtained my North Carolina real estate license through Kaplan and proudly serve buyers and sellers across the region.

As a dedicated REALTOR®, I am committed to helping buyers find their dream home and strategically marketing homes to help sellers achieve top value. I believe in clear communication, strong negotiation, and treating every client like family.

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy flower gardening, swimming, spending time with friends and family, and watching NASCAR with my husband — especially now that races have returned to North Wilkesboro Speedway.
